My brothers are scattered my sisters are lost. The whole church is shattered and what is the cost? To be all together as once we all were... The law has it's place we both believe, But for a few small distinctions we're blind and can't see. And so it continues our backs we still turn On our very own brothers, Oh when will we learn? Perhaps this truely our worst crime of all, We don't know our brothers and we don't help him at all. Our Lord died for all who strive with their might, We come under His grace, we don't know all that's right. But know this my brother, my sister and all, If you need a place to land, here's a soft place to fall. My door is wide open, for I'd hate to hear him say, I don't know you because you turned my people away! When I stand before Him, I hope He will say, What you did for your brother brought you here today. Enter my kingdom, and here is your crown. The brother you thought was lost, see, I have found!
